Remind me, re your bracket?

On the colour front, re my DB6 colour search I ended up ‘disbelieving’ every photograph I saw. For some reason, the light to mid metallic blues just do not translate well in images.

Yes, back to its factory colour. I don’t like the hideous non-original headrests. But, that’s an easy fix, of course, as is sorting out the wheel trim issue. It doesn’t have a price tag yet. Bets?

I agree with David. With well-restored DB4s & 6s breaking ?300k and DB5s ?500k, ?150-200k is about right, at least for the moment.

Nice find! 🙂

What you have there is quite a rare thing – it’s a cam timing tool. It may (or may not) be an original factory item – these are often cut out of 1/4 inch thick alloy and will have stampings such as ‘Front’, ‘C Type’ in the centre and numbers on each limb e.g. 100 and 50. However, since these are very simple items to replicate I have come across ‘workshop’ items cut from different stock, such as thiner alloy and mild steel.
