As of this morning, Keith Riddington is handling the sale. If you’re interested, I think we can say safely that you will need to express your interest quickly. 😉

Looks to be in very fine fettle indeed, a lovely looking Rapide, and I fully agree that one can expect it to sell very quickly.

The body color has changed from green when last pictured in Germany a little while ago.

Yes, back to its factory colour. I don’t like the hideous non-original headrests. But, that’s an easy fix, of course, as is sorting out the wheel trim issue. It doesn’t have a price tag yet. Bets?

Do you think the body color is now Caribbean Pear, which was original factory finish.

The fawn colored interior looks to be very nice, agreed about head rests

It could be (that was my first thought). But, on reflection (no pun intended) it may be several shades darker. Do you agree?

Wheel trims have been missing for awhile on this car, but are of course readily available today.

Nice to see, the drivers side door mirror removed, which spoiled the lines of the car.

Price will be interesting, my guess is somewhere in between LR129 and LR155….

The reason I queried the color, was due if my memory serves me correct to a nice DB5 or DB6 on the AMOC web-site, which seemed to be a shade or two lighter than this car ?

I had recently followed a thread on the colour choice of your own DB6 ….

    Remind me, re your bracket?

On the colour front, re my DB6 colour search I ended up ‘disbelieving’ every photograph I saw. For some reason, the light to mid metallic blues just do not translate well in images.

if you scroll to the Special Motor cars for sale.

There is a picture of a much darker blue |Rapide. Is this the same car, or is it another ?

I would suggest that the figure achieved for LR155 of ?180K would be a good starting place.

So my suggestion of the market place would be ?180-220k, yup, I do think that this car may crash through the barrier, and perhaps a little more if several parties are bidding for it.

I tend to agree. Much will depend on condition etc.. However, since so few of these car are coming to the market now it will only take two eager well-heeled punters to push on through.

What I know of the car, tends to suggest, a very, very well maintained car, and I think that the picture does not flatter it.

The current owner only keeps and has cars which are as near perfect as possible.

I now attach a few pictures of this car, which looks to be in very fine fettle, with a large amount of money spent on it.

A few changes from standard spec, but nothing of concern.
