For earlier model.
Colin M342 November 2016 at 23:12 #52169It’s a trunnion mounted radiator normally found on a late 2 Litre (around 1931). Very useful having the correct thermostat as well. Nice.
nigel gray15 November 2016 at 12:51 #52178HELP!!!! This is the radiator off my car which was stolen from my workshop along with the headlamps ,horn,
all brackets and mountings plus 5 badges including the rare L2 Lagonda badge, VSSC, 2 Brooklands and club badge whilst I was on holiday.
Please keep a look out as the more eyes the better. Police involved and Ebay Fraud.
If you have purchased the radiator in innocence please contact me . I can prove this is definitely the radiator from my car .bill15 November 2016 at 18:45 #52180Very sorry to hear this Nigel and I hope you get all your parts back.
From the legal point of view, I hope you know that no one who buys these parts can get legal title to them as ownership has not passed from you.
Once you can prove these items are yours they must be returned to you and you do not have to pay anything to any “purchaser” – whether innocent or not.
Best of luck with your efforts.Richard Branch15 November 2016 at 20:26 #52181More to the point let’s hope it leads the police to catch the thieving scum.
David Bracey15 November 2016 at 21:47 #52183This is awful. I have advised the club spares committee so no doubt the word will get around pretty quickly now. Good luck Nigel.
Richard Branch15 November 2016 at 22:42 #52184I have taken the liberty of placing this on the Lagonda Facebook page Nigel. Hope that’s ok with you.
