My preference is EP90 as recommended by Phil Ridout.  Peter Whenman used SAE 90, at the time there was a thought that EP damaged phosphor bronze bearings but that doesn’t apply now. Some folk recommend 20/50W engine oiland I am sure that would be fine too.
