I understand that they had been able to open the bonnet but not the boot.

Hi all,

132 just sold for a hammer price of GBP 50k. Probably 3 or 4 bidders in the sale room and one or more by telephone. Good news for the lucky ones who own a Rapide already 🙂

I have recently seen this car – I was quite interested myself. Bodywork is still in quite good condition, but engine seems up for major repair job. Some other parts (e.g. rear shocks) are also in need repairs or some solid maintenance work.
I will be pleased to tell more if you are interested.

Good point about the possible copyrights. It may be helpful to add some information on the notion ‘old’. As a general rule (at least in Europe), copyrights provide for protection for the life of the author of a work and for 70 years after his death. In cases where the author is unknown or is identified by a fictitious name on the work, or in case the work has been published by a company without mentioning an author, the term of protection is 70 years after the work is lawfully made available to the public.
