I’ve nearly completed collecting a kit of parts to re-build an M45 saloon using a complete body removed to make another Le Mans special and the ‘Cardiff hoard’ rolling chassis. Only some 20 M45 saloons are listed in the Club members yearbook so I think restoring as a saloon is quite important. I still need a steering box,column and wheel. (An LG45 would do as I could swap it for the one on my M45 bitsa special which is non-original anyway) I also need a saloon petrol tank, even a rusty one would do as a pattern.
Can anybody help?
