I found a rubber gaiter for the gear lever on the V12, http://www.halltech.de/F-1060-NBR_detail_268.html (16EUR)
you may find this part “F-1060-NBR” elsewhere.

I have cut away the lowest part of it, you see the raw part and the fitted one in the attached image

I’ve been looking for a gear lever gaitor for ages. Hopefully my lack of understanding of German won’t be a problem in ordering one.
