I am tracking the history of my M45 ( AOB 253) and it gets more intriguing by the day. In Australia I have found the son of the unfortunately now deceased Commander Warren-Poole. AS far as we know the Commander of the HMCS Bonaventure , Canada’s last aircraft carrier ( a refit of a WW2 British ship!) carried his Lagonda(s)? in the lower decks of the ship across the seas and possibly had work done on them there? Sean , the son has emailed me a photo of what appears to be a 1934 Vanden Plas bodied M45 , registration BMH 965 on the deck of the ship. Where is this car now?
