Hi there

I am looking for a replacement 11 tooth pinion and counter weight and head sleeve (female part of the dog clutch) for the Bendix drive on my father’s 3 litre.

Have been in touch with the spares officer also but wondered if anyone knew of a secondhand source or workaround for an 11 tooth pinion which has lost its counterweight.

Hi Fiona

sorry not really answering your question but asking one back! Do you know whether the 2 litre also features an 11 spline pinion? I have a 10 and a 12 in spares and if they’re irrelevant to my 2L lagonda I’m going to offer them to other chums. Thanks. John
