Thanks for the info. I’ll look into this.
I now believe this is the only image of the car and there are no more to be found. Disappointing.

Just to flesh out the image a little – from what I understand my Great Grandfather (at the wheel) was a terrible gambler. At some point he lost the car and the family house and possibly his business too.
We believe the photo was taken in 1928.

Hello Patrick,

I have spent the evening trying to determine if the car featured in this link –

could be a Lagonda. My grandmother fondly remembered her fathers car but we had no evidence until a negative of this image was found only days ago. Thanks to Photoshop we can now see the often spoken of car. Since discovering this forum and your MySpace page I believe this is indeed a Lagonda.

Would you be able to make a guess as to the year of manufacture?
