I see that the MoT Testers Manual Section 1.9 will now include a check of battey security. I don’t know about most Lags, but my two big six-volt batteries have always just sat in their boxes under the back seat. Certainly this should never have passed a racing scrute, and now it could fail the MoT as well. I always meant to fix something – now I’ll actually have to do it!
