M45 tourer at 1938 German Grand Prix

Just watching the “Supercharged” video flagged up recently by the VSCC. What do you know, an M45 tourer is seen leaving at the end of the race.

Could that actually be Dick Seaman driving? Appears at 1:02:55? Seems odd for the newsreel to concentrate on an English spectator otherwise. Annoyingly one only glimpses the very top of the number plate.
