I’ve heard of the “long arm of the law”, but it looks like long legs must have been necessary, to drive a car standing up!

peter weir8 September 2018 at 21:02 #52851I’m restoring an M45 saloon from a kit of parts using an ST34 body remaining from another Le Mans replica project.
The chassis I purchased was originally supplied to ‘The Engineer – Scotland Yard’ and had an ST 24 body with cycle wings, a higher body than the normal M45 body, so the police could sit in the back with their helmets on!
Several cars were supplied throughout late 1934.
Does anyone have a photograph of such a car for my historical records.
Thanks
