After a trip to Southend, for chroming of various smaller parts, I was recently given a phone number of a more local chap.

Ken Munford on 0208 998 1626 (in Perivale, N. London), he is about 10 minutes away, and is a traditional chromer.

Have dropped the front grilles and all other chrome work with him and also my bumpers which I have asked him to price as a separate job. Touch and go with these, whether to rechrome or have a new s/s set, will be interesting to see how the costs work out.

He is of course well known to Triumph and TR people and has a very good reputation, and I saw some of his work, very good indeed.
