I saw the rather optimistic comment in the Newsletter that the FBHV guys expect to benefit from higher octane ratings with high alcohol fuels. Yeh, and it’ll be Christmas all year round. Fact is, the oilcos will reduce the other (expensive) components used to reach the required and mandated octane rating for sale.
