Despite the assurance “… which we are assured will be manned continuously during normal business hours …”, I’ve been ringing the stated events office phone number for a week now, including just now … and no-one answers. Yes, one can leave a message. I did that two days ago, requesting a call back yesterday or this morning. Nothing. Perhaps I don’t understand the parameters of business hours. It would be useful to know if others have successfully had a call answered, and at what time they achieved this.
Contact made, booking sorted … all I need to do now is get there!
