    sorry no help, just interested too. How did the starting handle look like ? (photo and dimensions welcome to build one). The only tools I have is the handle for the jackall system.

    Hi Peter, My car is in the body/spray shop at the moment, When I get it back I will forward photos of the tools I have but it will not be for a few weeks.

    reevsy sold his car some time ago but he has sent me this image of the starting handle before. And I found that the starting handle of an MGA fits (it is a bit to short so only allows half turns and it does not have the rubber stopper in the middle but it works for turning the engine for ignition timing etc.).
    I have no information about toolkits

    Can anyone else help further with this query? In an ideal world, some photographs of the tools in situ in the boot of the 3 litre Lagonda would be wonderful. I have currently only the Jackall handle, the starting handle, and the drain plug spanner (replica).
