Hi does anybody know what adjustments I can make to the “clutch” (gear change pedal to be more precise). My problem is that the clutch bites only in the last 1/2″ (1cm) of the clutch travel, which make smooth take off difficult. There is nothing impeding the clutch pedals travel with plenty of clearance with the foot board. Everything works OK, the gear changes are smooth. Many thanks Len :help:

Did you resolve this?
1st on mine does allow the peddle to come up quite far before it engages/bites and then I am out of 1st and into 2nd as soon as I have some forwrad motion (1st is evil).
If the peddle comes up too far the band may be showing signs of wear.
Have you tried (with the engine off) selecting 1st and then depressing the ‘clutch’ pedal quickly several times (makes the automatic adjusters adjust).
Worth a try anyway and you cannot do any harm.Good luck
