I cannot find out what type spark plugs is best for my 2 Litre – All I know is that the recommended NGK B6 is too cold.

I am not sure if you made a typo, but one of the recommended NGK plugs for the 2 litre which has worked for me for 20 plus years is an AB6…. I think that the B6 is a different plug ?

Thanks for your reply! I asked Julian Messent and he emailed “NGK B6”. Indeed probably a typo and he meant AB6.
And NGK AB6 are indeed the plugs that are now in the car but I would like one step warmer, i.e. AB5 (if such a plug exists, I cannot find it on internet. Have you any idea which plug, like the AB6 but warmer, would fit, i.e. with the same length and width of the thread?

I’ve always found the Green Spark Plug Company website has really good information and offers alternatives e.g. https://www.gsparkplug.com/1x-ngk-copper-core-spark-plug-ab-6-ab6-2910.html#gotoupsell

The Champion D16 is equivalent to the AB-6 and the hotter version of the D16 is the Champion D21.

As you say there doesn’t appear to be an NGK AB-5 (or 4 for that matter). There is an NGK AB-2 which is shown as the equivalent of the D21.
