SUMMARY:Step Back in Time at Historic Brooklands: The Lagonda Fête Returns!
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the iconic Brooklands for a nostalgic celebration of the Lagonda Fête\, a beloved tradition held here from 1927 to 1930. Lagonda enthusiasts were invited to bring their cars to compete in thrilling races and driving trials\, while also witnessing the unveiling of exciting new models. \nTo mark Lagonda’s 125th anniversary last year\, we proudly displayed 40 Lagondas\, showcasing nearly every model\, including a few with historic racing ties to Brooklands. This year\, we’re aiming for an even bigger gathering! \nFor the adventurous drivers\, we’ll be offering exciting opportunities such as demo driving tests\, practice race starts\, and the ever-popular Test Hill ascent. It’s the perfect chance to introduce younger family members to the thrill of driving the family Lagonda. (Please note: All drivers must have a valid driving licence.) \nYour entry fee grants full access to the incredible Brooklands Museum\, along with exclusive display parking for your Lagonda at the site of the world’s first purpose-built racetrack. Enjoy refreshments at the Sunbeam Café starting at 10am\, or bring your own picnic to enjoy the day in the historic surroundings. \nAll members are encouraged to attend\, so be sure to book your Hill Climb ticket HERE through our online shop to receive your discount code for the Brooklands admission ticket. We look forward to seeing you there!
