DESCRIPTION:Although not strictly Lagonda Club it is organised by the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs to celebrate the 1000-mile Trial of 1900\, this annual event is held by clubs nationwide as near as possible to St George’s Day\, and raises funds for the NSPCC Childline through the sale of rally plaques – purchase here https://www.driveitday.co.uk/shop – £12.50 for a standard plate or £30.00 for a “platinum” plate if you wish to donate a bit more. \nLook out for notifications from your regional representative with details of local events in support of Drive It Day. \n

SUMMARY:Lagonda Club 2024 Spring Tour Norfolk
DESCRIPTION:Twenty rooms have been reserved by the club at The Pheasant which is a luxury hotel in Kelling Nr Holt Norfolk NR25 7EG for four nights from Sunday 21 April to Thursday morning 25 April 202. \nThe hotel has well furnished bedrooms\, generous public space for socialising and adequate parking for our cars out of sight from the road. It is situated centrally close to the North Norfolk coast and with a pleasant drive to a variety of venues from which to create itineraries for three full day tours. \nThe Club has paid £50 each to hold 20 bedrooms for club members and those wishing to join the tour should contact the hotel on 01263 588382 to secure one of the reserved rooms to suit your preference. The charge negotiated with the hotel and payable on 1st February 2024 for dinner\, bed and breakfast will be £1\,081.75 for a Classic double room and £1\,131.75 for a Superior double room. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Rooms for single occupancy may be available upon request. \nHaving reserved a room direct with the hotel please send a cheque for £100 per couple to reimburse the room deposit and cover administration costs payable to M J Sumner at Silver Birches The Street Stoke by Clare Sudbury CO10 8HP. \nAll payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. \nAny queries regarding the tour or the above should be made to Martin Sumner
