For the 2022 Annual Gathering of the Club, to be held on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th September, we are returning to  The Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall Hotel & Spa, Walton, Warwickshire, CV35 9HG.

With easy access from the M40, this 4-star hotel is situated not far from Stratford-upon-Avon. It is built round a 16th century Grade II listed building set in 65 acres of private grounds. Leisure facilities include spa treatment rooms, a swimming pool, and a gym.  The board’s decision to move this annual event to a more central location is intended to make it attractive to a wider circle of members.

The weekend will follow the usual format, i.e.

The Club has reserved 40 double rooms for Saturday night 24^th September, and a few for Friday night  23^rd and Sunday night 25^th.  The agreed rate is £125.00 per room per night double occupancy (£115.00  per room per night single occupancy) including full English breakfast.

Menu choices for the Gala Dinner must be pre-booked and it is expected that tickets for this and the Buffet Lunch will go on sale in March through the Club’s Spares Department.
