Bluebells & Cowslips Run

Gather at The Maybush for coffee and breakfast baps from 9:30 and set out with a roadbook of the route from 10:00. We shall be going by a slightly different 40 mile route from 2 years ago to lunch (with our own parking area) at the Cotswold Barn before going on another 6 miles to Chastleton House to look around and then perhaps have tea and cakes at the Brew House or St Mary’s church. (Bring your NT membership cards if you have them)
Owned by the same increasingly impoverished family until 1991, this Jacobean country house has remained essentially unchanged for nearly 400 years as the interiors and contents gradually succumbed to the ravages of time. The main car park is a pleasant walk from the house but there is some “accessible” parking if you need it.
No formal booking but please let me know as soon as possible if you are planning to take part and how many people will be with you, so I can pass the numbers on to the Maybush and the lunch stop.
