Clutch spring (200lbs/1″) 2L, 3L & 3.5L

Shot peened clutch spring (200lb), 2L, 3L & 3.5L.

Poundage pressure: Approx. 200 Lbs/1” spring rate.

These springs are now shot-peened for long life and replace CLT300 which had a heavier poundage pressure of 270Lbs/1".

The design of these clutches was not one of Lagondas best efforts, and they have always been at risk of overheating, particularly on higher horsepower cars (e.g. 3 and 3.5 litres).  The Club does offer a conversion to a more modern clutch design, CLT207, which overcomes these problems.
