For destinations in the EU, 65% will be added to these charges. For the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, 100% will be added.

Payment

Payment is required before spares are despatched and can be made on-line by Visa or Mastercard credit cards or by any debit card.  Alternatively you can send a cheque, made out to Lagonda Club Ltd, to the Spares Officer.

We aim to despatch parts within 48 hours of receiving an order and payment.  Express shipments can also be arranged, for a surcharge.

Discounts

Volume discounts are available to those who buy large amounts of spares in any one year (January to December). Credit notes will be sent out in January each year. Note: part numbers with suffix K are excluded from the discount.

Terms of Sale

Prices

Goods and services will be invoiced at the prices ruling at date of dispatch.  Prices may be amended without notice.  All prices are in pounds sterling.

Value added tax

Prices given do not include Value Added Tax, which will be shown on the invoice as a separate charge at the rate specified by Government regulations at the date of dispatch.

Collection

Customers may collect their orders from the Spares Officer by prior arrangement.

Exmaination of goods

In the event of any discrepancy or damage in transit it is essential to mark the Carrier's Delivery Note “Contents Unexamined" or "Case Damaged” and to examine the goods at once, advising the carrier and ourselves of any shortage within 3 working days.

Non-delivery of goods

Customers are responsible for advising us and the Carriers of the non-delivery of goods within 20 days of the advice note, failing which no claims for shortage will be entertained by the carrier.

Return of goods 

If we have correctly supplied the goods ordered and they are subsquently returned to us, there will be a £5 or 10% (whichever is the greater) re-stocking charge which will be deducted before credit is given. If we supply goods incorrectly, full credit will be given, including return carriage.   Special orders cannot be returned for credit unless faulty.

Liability for defective goods

In the event of any goods supplied proving to be defective in material or workmanship within 12 months of delivery, we undertake to replace or repair the parts free of charge, which shall be the limit of our responsibility.   We do not accept liability for any other costs, direct or indirect, arising from such defective parts.

Application

Goods are only supplied for their specific application and to fulfil the purpose for which they were designed.   No liability is accepted if goods have been misapplied.

Specification

We are always seeking to improve our products and we reserve the right to modify or amend the specification of any of them, without notice.

Reservation of Title

The title to goods or services supplied shall not pass to the customer until full payment has been made.  In the event of non or part-payment, we or our agent shall be entitled, without the need for any court judgement, to repossess or trace and recover the goods or the proceeds of sale from the customer, liquidator or receiver.
